Die Kuchen und Waffeln im LUUC fanden wir ganz toll, der Kaffee war okay. Der Service war leider katastrophal, daher nur 3 Punkte. Wir haben bisher jedes Mal über 20 Minuten warten müssen, bevor wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Aber für den Kuchen kommen wir trotzdem immer wieder.

We were there for breakfast. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and there is a small selection of vegan dishes. Everything was incredibly delicious. There is even a relatively large selection of vegan cakes and tarts. We particularly enjoyed the waffles. If you are in Saarbrücken you should definitely stop there.

Read moreI found lots of good reviews on google and then saw the same on HappyCow, so I needed to give it a try.
I went for the pistachio cheesecake with the iced matcha latte.
The cheese cake was nicely soft and melted in your mouth. The base was a bit sweet, but I really liked the texture of the cheese cream. The pistachio flavor was very subtiel but good. The sweetness of the cheesecake paired very well with the bitterness of the 100% matcha latte.
I look forward to coming back to try out other items of their menu. Maybe next time a brunch.
