It’s basically your standard breakfast scramble with Avocado and Southwest spices. It was good. It was a pricey though.

Great vegan breakfast menu! - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised to see the vegan options on the menu here. Plant-based eggs, sausage, French toast… classic diner food you just don’t find in a lot of vegan places. It is a little pricey (hence 4 not 5 stars); a southwest scramble breakfast with coffee cost $20 but they gave us tons of food that was unexpectedly good so I don’t mind paying extra. We will definitely be going back! #Veganuary
