Great, but a bit dissapointing salads - Edit
I know bioloco almost from the opening. I am very often in Gran Canaria and every time bioloco is a must.

If you want a burger and then a dessert, you will never be disappointed.
But what disappointed me a bit this time are the salads. I used to go to bioloco almost every day because you could eat something healthy. The salads were super tasty.
This time I ordered 2 salads: Cesar salad and vegan power and unfortunately both were swimming in sauces (mayo, hummus, and the like). But at the same time had no taste.
But the waitress was super super nice.
Unfortunately bioloco has no seating outside.
But both English and sometimes German is spoken.

The place is really cute and everyone was really nice but the food all seemed to be drenched in a variety of sauces (sometimes as many as three or four!), which isn’t my style. Even the Cesar salad was covered in thick dressings and what seemed to be mayo.
Read moreThey did have some great beers that were expressly marked as vegan which was exciting. We tried some craft brews and liked them a lot. If you’re into sauce on your food you’ll definitely like this place. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t for me.

Llevo yendo durante años con amigos o pareja y siempre nos ha gustado mucho, pero parece que con el tiempo ha ido perdiendo calidad, la última vez que fuimos todo estaba demasiado embarrado en salsa y pese a que pedimos platos variados todo nos sabía igual. Lo mejor son los postres y la atención del personal.

Read moreThe burrito was lovely, tomato sauce tasted homemade and was full of flavour; however the burrito was quite small for what we expected and cost €14 (but it did include a portion of fries with ‘mozzarella’ and tomato topping).
I liked that there was 3 craft beers from Gran Canaria
I would order the burgers/burritos and not the salads here. The salad had cheap romaine lettuce and wouldn’t be enough to fill yourself up for dinner.

Me duele darle está opinio a un sitio 100% vegano pero no megusto absolutamente nada,pedimos los nachos y no se si fue un error o son así pero nos lo trajeron con el queso frío y quedaba horrible la verdad.

El wrap de pollo le faltaba mucho sabor,mi pareja solo se comió la mitad y la otra me llave para cenar pero no pude tuve que tirarla por qué sabía mal.
El postte probé un trzo de tarta de chocolate y el otro de galleta Lotus,no estaba mal pero sin más.
Espero que estás críticas sirvan para mejorar por qué he comido mejor en cualquiera otro sitio que no es vegano y me da mucha pena.

Amazing food, exceptional staff - Edit
30 mins before closing we found this place and asked if we still had time to order food. We were welcomed in and were blown away with the attentive service considering it was near closing time. Food was amazing, we ordered wraps and decided on the no chicken then we told about a bolognese one they served so we went for 1 of each and were not dissapointed. We also couldn't refuse the cheesecake to take away which was delicious.

Super friendly staff, great wraps (had the new Bolognese one, which was awesome), fantastic burgers and also the ceasar’s salad was phenomenal. Good variety of deserts, too. Also small local craft beer selection (Jaira/Growls). Highly recommended.
