Very limited options - Edit
Vegan-esque...the waitress didn't realize that meant not vegan. I ended up with avocado toast. The atmosphere was cute. We went to the Easton location.

“Vegan-esque” but not vegan - Edit
The amount of vegan options was about what I would expect from a “vegan options” kind of place, but somehow worse. There are vegan pancakes, and a vegan greek yogurt, but the tofu scramble wasn’t scrambled at all, It’s just squares of unseasoned tofu on a bed of unseasoned potatoes and veggies. Extremely bland if it wasn’t for the extra hot sauce I had to ask for so it would have some kind of flavor. What I’m really disappointed by is the “vegan-esque omelet,” because it’s not vegan since it’s normal with eggs, hints the name. But why even use that name them, that’s like saying “it’s vegan, JK NO ITS NOT.” Just call it an omelet and move on or make it an actual vegan omelet. Nobody needs to be teased into thinking it might be vegan.

The worst tofu scramble of my life - Edit
Tbf I went to the other location, but since it's a chain I'm guessing the recipe is the same. There's no good version of what I got. The tofu was unseasoned, slightly grilled cubes on top of a pile of soggy veggies and okay potatoes. They were participating in the Vegan Chef challenge and I hope they get last.

Some vegan options - Edit
Nice restaurant with a few vegan options. There was a veggie sandwich and vegan pancakes on the menu. I came for breakfast and was excited to try the vegan pancakes, but unfortunately they ran out so I had to get the veggie burger. It was good but just not what I went for.

Nice place for breakfast. Has avocado toast (hold the eggs) and vegan pancakes for breakfast and a veggie burger for lunch option. Not a ton of options but the food here is good.
