Food is just OK and quite overpriced - Edit
I would not recommend Big Veggie but for the fact that there are few alternatives for a vegan dinner in Kuching. The food was actually fine, though nothing special and really quite pricey compared to the norm for restaurants in Malaysia. They have very limited seating inside, but the outside area was comfortable enough. It is recommended to book a table as they can get busy.
Read moreEverything is vegetarian, but quite a few dishes contain egg (including everything in the "tofu" section of the menu). Frustratingly, the menu used to clearly label dishes containing eggs and they have dropped this feature - we compared the current menu to photos on Google reviews to help us choose vegan options (find Kuching Big Veggie in Google Maps).
Service was quite quick and the food was hot, if a little oily. Don't think I would return unless I was meeting someone who insisted on eating out.
