The Best Bagels I've ever had - Edit
There are plenty of vegan options, ranging from bagels to shakes and even bowls. I had the "vegan in athens" bagel with vegan feta cheese which tasted amazing and could even convince my non-vegan family-members.

Bagels zijn oke. De ene keer zijn ze beter belegd dan de andere keer. De vegan in athens is geen aanrader, de feta kaas smaakt niet goed. De Barbados is ook geen aanrader aangezien de quacemole niet spicy is, maar er enkel wat jalapenos opzitten. Broodje hummus en jolly italian daarintegen zijn wel lekker, niet enorm vullend. Voor een normale portie kan je hier prima terecht, prijzen zijn goed. Het kan er wel erg druk zijn dus kom optijd of juist laat haha.

I went here more than a few times during my short stay in Riga! I only tried the "Vegan in Athens" bagel because it was just so delicious that I had to get the same one each time. The shake was a bit grainy/gritty for my taste the one time I had it, but the coffee was good and strong. The bagels are huge and generously filled and I appreciated that they had clearly marked vegan options.

The Greek bagel was surprisingly good with a good amount of toppings and fresh bun. The vegan bowl was very plain with almost no dressing and no seasoning. The portion was big and there were some nice sources of protein though.

I wish I had read the menu more closely to be honest. I got the vegan guac based one - but on closer inspection they can make any of the creamcheese based ones with a vegan alternative!! so i could have got guac AND vegan cream cheese. Still, the guac was yummy. It was a bit wet so I ended up having to take the bagel apart and eat the sides separately, to prevent getting it everywhere. I also got an iced latte which was fine - they let you add your own syrup and have a few to choose from - again I dont know how much syrup youre supposed to add and I definitely didnt do enough but that was my own fault.
