An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup contains fish. Open Tue-Sat 10:30am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm. Closed Mon.

Healthy fast food - Edit
Bibibop is a go to fast food restaurant with vegan options, and is much healthier than most! This one is located conveniently inside Easton Town Center. I love their tofu bowls, and there are so many toppings that you can add. My go to base is a mix of the super green salad and purple rice. Very quick and reasonably priced. They also offer free miso soup that is vegan!

Love the food choices at Bibibop. Tofu is the only main protein choice that isn’t meat, but beans and eggs are also available.
