Traditional vegan dish - Edit
One traditional vegan dish, unfortunately I couldn‘t try it as it takes 40 minutes to prepare and I ran out of time. Maybe next time

Vegan zeppelins are delicious - Edit
Yes they have one vegan dish - vegan traditional Lithuanian zeppelins - and they are SO good I would happily eat there often if I lived close. Yes the dish takes 40-50 mins to prepare, I read the reviews first so I knew this and was prepared. At least you know your meal is prepared from skratch and it was honestly SO good and good value too. I did not find it greasy, but tasty, but I guess everyone is different. Our waitress was great, too. Sad I didn’t take a photo, I will remember this food! Pro tip: unless you want to listen to really loud trad live music, don’t go on a Fri or Sat night after 20.00. It was an experience, but not when you are tired and overwhelmed. But worth sitting through for the food I thought.

Vegans aren’t very welcome - Edit
While I would recommend anyone to go here for trying Jo, the service here was awful. First, most staff doesn’t speak any English. Second of all, there is one single vegan option, that will take at least 40 minutes to prepare. But most of all, the staff is very unwelcoming to vegans, my friend had to explain to the staff in Lithuanian what vegan means, and the reply they got was ‘oh so this person doesn’t eat anything?!’. We tried to get fried bread as a starter with the cheese on the side, this was a huge issue as ‘that’s not how the dish should be served’. My friend had a hard time helping me to get some vegan food, in general very unaccomodating.

Balls of Oil... - Edit
I went for the traditional vegan potato dumplings that everyone is raving about. Maybe I just got unlucky but they were drowning in oil and the caramelised onions and carrots were so sugary. Sadly I did not enjoy this but the vibe and service was good.

Vegan taste of Lithuania - Edit
We went specifically for the cepelinai, which were themselves really well made. The 'bacon' topping is just overcooked veg, would be better with a real plant based sauce. We took one home and did just that.
