Won't Look At Chocolate The Same Way Again...

What a great business and concept! We all know about shopping ethically but how often do you get the chance to walk around and really see the differences in how they do things? The tour was full of information and all the displays looked like they had a lot of effort put into making them. It all looked very good! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and could answer any questions you could possible have about the process.
The cafe had a selection of delicious desserts, marked Vegan where appropriate, and was a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy (/buy) some chocolate bars, nibs or drinks. Really enjoyed the day and if you can get over where it is and how long it might take you to get there, it's well worth the visit.

Pros: Educational. Well-presented and informative tour., Welcoming and enthusiastic staff members., Quality

Cons: Location is obviously around other factories.

Vegan Chocolate Factory, Shop and Cafe in Malaysia!

Very insightful chocolate factory to help you understand how bean-to-bar chocolate is made. The chocolate bars are all vegan - only made with cacao beans, cocoa butter and unrefined cane sugar. Love how it's all from cacao beans of Asian origin. They work directly with the farmers to source the beans, so the farmers get higher wages since the middle man is eliminated.

These are fine chocolates - I really enjoyed the unique taste of each bar.

There are also vegan drinks, vegan bon bons and even vegan chocolate sorbet.

Highly recommended!

Pros: Great chocolate menu, Good customer service, Eye-opening factory tour

Cons: A bit of a long drive
