Upscale vegan options - Edit

I had the watermelon appetizer (very creative!) and pasta entree, which was so tasty and flavorful.

Staff says they are committed to having a vegan option in each category with every rotation of the menu.

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, very accommodating. Everyone we spoke to understands what vegan is and is super helpful.

Pros: Creative choices in each category , Relaxing atmosphere , Great food, great staff

Excellent, with room to grow. - Edit

I saw a post on a local vegan Facebook page sharing this fine dining restaurant had created some intentional vegan dishes - I was so excited to try it! I ordered the watermelon salad, pappardelle pasta, and tres leche cake. We ordered takeout and plated it, adding fresh fruit to the cake and their chimichurri sauce from the watermelon salad to the pasta. The food is pricey, but pretty good. I will definitely be getting the pasta again! My non-vegan husband said he would likely order it next time.
