Food yummy, service meh, adds 3% - Edit
Ordered sangria flight. Supper yummy. Got the seasonal bruschetta with the goat cheese on the side for my friend and WOW. And then got the margherita pizza. So delicious.
Read moreHowever, the service was insanely slow. The waitress disappeared. My friend had to leave to pick up her daughter, we had a two hour buffer for dinner. The waitress couldn't be found by any staff.
When the bill came, it said, "The prices above reflect a 3.00% Cash Discount." Um... Ok. I don't appreciate the sneaky switch on the bill. How about instead a end number that says cash discount total so I know what I'm charging. Who carries cash?
Two stars for the bad service and the weird bill. Won't be bringing people here anymore. Used to love bringing people here as it's a very cool vibe with delicious food! Meat eaters, gluten free, vegan alike can find something. Such a bummer.

Excellent Brunch - Edit
It is our first time here. We ordered the vegan farmer’s breakfast. Vegan scramble, sausage, potatoes and a carrot cake pancake. Yummy! We will be back again soon.

Delicious Food with a wine bar! - Edit
This was my first visit to Basil! I’ll definitely come back. Vegan options were clearly marked, and the service was absolutely incredible! I had the vegan sliders off of the brunch menu as well as a strawberry mimosa mule.

This place offers many options for vegans, including vegan Sunday brunch. The only real room for improvement is that their vegan cheese isn’t as good as a lot of other places.
