Dairy ice cream company founded 1978 with the opening of its small shop in Vermont, US. Since has expanded into an international franchising enterprise and operates manufacturing facilities making its line of products for sale at grocery stores everywhere. In 2017 its retails shops began offering a couple of vegan ice cream and sorbet options as well as almond milk for milkshakes. Vegan flavors may vary so ask. Ask for vegan cones. Also look in the fridge for pints to take home. Open Mon-Sat 09:00-00:00, Sun 08:00-00:00.

Only two vegan options, expensive

They offer just two vegan fruit flavours, including lemon, which tastes great. Vegan options are at least clearly labeled. Unfortunately very expensive.

Only one vegan flavour

Quite disappointing. I'd say, better support the local ice cream makers that offer vegan flavours. This B&J branch is not worth a visit.

Only one flavor, no vegan cones

I love B&Js, but this one is sub standard. They only had one vegan flavor and none of their cones are vegan. Additionally, the toilettes were among the worst I’ve ever seen: toilet seat unattached, and the only toilet paper was on the floor and used. Yuck.

Not the best for vegans

Not the best place for vegans although they have lots of vegan options in supermarkets. You can get lots of different things from waffles to regular ice cream. Sadly the only vegan option (as far as I’ve seen) is the vegan cookie dough ice cream which has a very hefty price. One scoop of ice cream is sold for 3,50.

Pros: Tasty

Cons: Expensive , Very few vegan options
