Flavourful and nicely presented - Edit
The food was fabulous, not huge portions but filling nonetheless. The presentation was superb, a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. They have some very nice interesting smoothies, again beautifully presented. The vegetarian crispy pork was so good it was slightly unerving! Not having eaten meat for over 30 years I had to tell myself that it was totally vegan. Only area for improvement was the staff who were charming but really slow and didn't interact much. Prices are quite high for Thailand but its in a super touristy central location so to be expected. A big recommend from us 👍

It’s a cute little place in the city close to the temples so a good stop on a hot day. Food was not the most special I had but good!😄

Bit sad innit - Edit
I should have known it wouldn’t be fabulous when their appetizers consisted of bruschetta and French fries?? Anyway, the pad Thai was good and came with some crispy pork bits which were delish. The gravy noodle situation I got was absolutely vile and seemed like it had been cooked for 7 days and nights. Somewhat of a fever dream.

Small Portions, Okay Flavours - Edit
Good Location as it's near the main Temples in the City Center. Lots of variety of foods. Western and Thai. Food wasn't the tastiest but still okay. Only got a picture of one of the meals.

Great little restaurant - Edit
Began Vegan is located perfectly to have a meal there after visiting the Grand Palace and/or Wat Pho, and that is what we did. It was lovely to spend some time in this bright place after the hustle and bustle.

Cute little place - Edit
The food we orded was fine (also ordered fries not in the photo) we were expecting a mock chicken but inside was cauliflower and had little flavour. This was a little snack and refreshment after the temples, not outstanding but the complimentary biscuits, muffins and kind staff gave this place a 4/5.

Everything alright - Edit
The food was tasty, but the atmosphere was somewhat awkward. Often, and almost every time a waitress came to our table, a baby cried loudly from the kitchen, which made for an unpleasant dining experience. They did misunderstand part of our order, but everything else was okay.

Nice place.. got the pad Thai and couldn’t resist that fried alligator weed, which was delicious but a little too oily for me. Still, a great meal in a cool spot!

Best Vegan Pad Thai - Edit
The Pad Thai was the best vegan Pad Thai I’ve had. The Red Thai Curry is also very tasty, but the ration between rice and curry is a bit off. Big salad was also good. Herbal Smoothie has the perfect amount of ginger in it.

Beverage review only: Nice choice of plant milks, but average taste - Edit
We came here for a quick rest in the afternoon, the place was empty besides us, and we ordered a Thai milk tea with pistachio milk, and a rose milk tea.
Read moreThe former was not bad, but the pistachio milk, for me, just wasn't thick enough. I would choose a coconut milk tea over this any day.
The latter tasted... artificial. Not sure if it is supposed to taste like that (we didn't order the same drink again during our trip), but yeah, wouldn't order it again.
