A great option! Updated: Not vegan after all 😭 - Edit
Update: we enjoyed our experience so much we came back on our way home. The beans in my burrito were rich and flavorful, and I got this terrible feeling. I knew I had to find out as the integrity of my reviews is crucial. Sure enough, I was told the beans are cooked in lard. I am devastated. It may be possible to get a burrito without beans, but I won’t be finding out. The search continues…
Read moreEver on the hunt for vegan food, this was listed in Happy Cow and my google search. SO glad we gave it a try! They are serving tacos burritos at 9:30 in the morning. We went to the drive through and asked about vegan options. Suddenly, a face appeared in our window! 😂 The most lovely woman actually came outside to talk to us because she didn’t understand our question. We then went inside, had a wonderful conversation, and she assured me she would make me a vegan burrito. It was delicious!! They have a little salsa bar, as well. She was such a lovely person I want to go back and chat with her all day! Great food, great people - all wins!

Came in because they had a few reviews mentioning vegan options, staff had a dear in the headlights look when I asked. Had to call someone else over. There are two options, a burrito and a rice bowl. Ordered the rice bowl that came with beans, rice, shredded lettuce, Pico and some guac. Looked identical to a veganized powerbowl from taco bell, but with less flavor. I also got to pick out a few stray pieces of cheese from my bowl before eating.

I ordered the rice bowl with no cheese or sour cream. The food was good and reasonably priced, and I appreciate having ANY vegan options in rural Utah. Options are the veggie rice bowl or burrito
