They only have Avocado Toast - Edit
On their website they have several vegan options for the breakfast burrito. But when I asked the staff they had no clue. They never heard about vegan burrito options. As I mentioned the website and showed it to them one got even slightly angry.

Love this Utah coffee chain! - Edit
Beans & Brews is really a fantastic coffee chain and the quality of the coffee (and avocado toast) is really fantastic! I love that they have vegan breakfast options. We were here during the first week of this branch's opening, and there were some major hiccups getting things to run smoothly, but the others and staff are so kind and so lovely and I'm so excited to see this branch open up and be able to stop there on the road from here to there! Great people!
