Thank goodness for Beautiful Day as La Quinta is not the easiest place for us to find vegan and gluten free choices. They have so many wonderful options that I could happily eat there every day. My favorite is the roasted beet falafel, but that is also because I love it so much I haven't tried many other items. My partner also enjoys the mushroom shawarma tartine and the BD Goddess salad with tofu. The vegan flowers and chutney cauliflower appetizer is a must try and labeled a fan favorite. Enjoy!

Best Vegan Breakfast - Edit
This little gem offers all day breakfast and lunch. It has a separate vegan menu if you ask. The decor is fresh and contemporary. There is lounge seating as well as indoor and outdoor tables. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I ordered the vegan big breakfast and it was amaaaazing. Scrambled tofu, smashed fingerling potatoes, sliced avo, and really nice bakery sourdough toast and fresh jam. My server said the vegan French toast with banana caramel is incredible and I plan to check that out next time. Omni and vegetarian options available. Just go! 😋

Loved this place and would like to go back again. I ordered a roast beet reuben and a matcha latte. The matcha latte was fantastic! The reuben was also very good, just messy and I was afraid to get it on my clothing. I added some of their house-made hot sauce and it was even more delicious! I love how creative they are with their vegan options instead of just offering one option being avocado toast. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

It deserves 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ despite HappyCow’s policy. Anyway, check out this fabulous restaurant in La Quinta, CA. The vegan options are plenty and so very flavorful. Fairly priced for the quality you get. A very nice zen-like interior to enjoy your lovely meals. Truly a gem in the desert. I’ll be back. Often.

I can tell it’s Farm to table! Uses lots of herbs & has creative vegan options.

Also got to try the cauliflower dish, which was divine.
I will be back for more… will try the Ruben or Bahn mi next time.
Also granola is made in house & option for vegan yogurt on dishes w/ yogurt.
