Good, Not Amazing - Edit
I really want to love this place, but I keep going back only to be a little disappointed. I love their sodas. They offer Stubborn soda, which is made with cane sugar and you can really taste the difference. The first time I went, the impossible tacos were amazing! However, ever since that initial time, they haven't been as good, and I'm not sure what the difference is. The food does taste very fresh, I'll give them that, and the service is wonderful. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. I even got to chat with the owner last time I visited, and he was amazing. Another complaint about this place is the price. It's quite expensive in my opinion, especially if you use a credit card, there's an extra service fee. It's not going to be a place I eat at frequently, but they do offer a decent amount of vegan items, so I'll still eat here once in a while.

A.L.T. Sandwich don’t - Edit
We’re hanging out in La Quinta for the week and decided to drop into Heirloom for lunch. Happy to see their extensive vegan menu list but I settled on a choice that was less than fulfilling.
Read moreTheir A.L.T. (Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato) sandwich took basic to a new level. A lot of vegan mayo and a small slice of avocado and tomato. Don’t bother with it. The sandwich is highly overpriced and I could have made a better sandwich myself for that price by going to Ralph’s next door.
The fried pickles were tasty but limp.
Debating on whether I’ll give this place another try. Not too likely. 😒

Great Vegan Options - Edit
The service was excellent- and provided great recommendations. we had the Impossible Bowl and Vegan Po’Boy. The Po’Boy was an excellent blend of sauces and textures. Bowl was eaten in its entirety- leading me to believe the same review would be generated by my husband:)

Ordered the Impossible Mess and was surprised by how tasty it was. They also allowed you to veganize anything on the kids menu, which is a plus.

There are several vegan options but neither of the dishes that I tried were great. I got the po’ boy, which was really bland. The impossible bowl was also lacking in flavor. Not a place I’d return to unless I couldn’t find anything else that was open.

Vegan options, friendly staff - Edit
Visited here a few weeks ago with family. My boyfriend ordered the impossible sloppy joe a day I got the impossible burrito. We also ordered the vegan tots qith vegan ranch which was so tasty. We split our food but honestly wished I got the sloppy joe for myself. The burrito was good but felt like it was missing something. Staff was extremely friendly and we will be back to try other options

I had the farmer’s market salad and tater tots, followed by a brownie. The salad was excellent, the tater tots came with house made ketchup and vegan ranch, both of which were delicious, and the brownie was perfect - yummy, but on the small side so I didn’t feel bloated and shameful afterward. Would love to try their other choices.

We were happy with our meals. Lots of choices. I had the impossible tacos and like how they spiced up the impossible plant based meat. Plenty to eat. My boyfriend had the impossible burrito with tater tots and really enjoyed. I didn’t give it 5 stars cause the tater tots were too greasy for me - we will return there while we on our vacation!

They have a vegan Menu, plus a Vegan "Impossible Menu" with lots of vegan options. The vegan sloppy joe, vegan brownie, and vegan salads were awesome. The Impossible Bowl was tasty but I'd rather have the burger.

Totally decent vegan options - Edit
There is a separate “vegan friendly” menu that includes a few different impossible burger options including; a burger, lettuce wraps, tacos, a sloppy joe, and possibly one other item. The heirloom tomato salad was decent, but the tomatoes weren’t in season and the basil on top was a little old. The impossible lettuce wraps were absolutely delicious- by far the best thing we tried. The impossible sloppy joe was a little weird, had onion rings in it and the “meat” was sweet, it wasn’t bad, just wouldn’t order again. The tater tots were delicious and had vegan ranch. Not too many options in town, so definitely worth checking out.

Quaint Restaurant with Decent Food - Edit
I love the atmosphere and decor of this restaurant. The food is good, but the portions are relatively small and the prices are on the higher end. Last time I was there, the vegan options were pretty limited and lacked variety. However, they do have the Impossible Burger which is a rare treat! I recommend trying them out at least once.
