Go early for the croissants - Edit
I went here a few times during a visit to Baldock as it was very close to where I was staying. Great spot for a morning latte and croissant! The vegan croissant sells out quickly as they only seem to get a half dozen each day - it's very delicious. They also have a couple other vegan baked good options - I tried a ginger chocolate cake which was really good. The espresso drinks are top notch! I didn't try their food options, but the menu listed porridge, avocado toast, and falafel as vegan. There are a few tables inside as well as outside, but it is small and can fill up quickly in the morning. Staff was very friendly.
