Disappointing

I’ve tried to order from BarSushi both before I was vegan and after. But their vegan sushi was probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. The combinations were boring, even though we specifically asked the chef to be creative, and use less boring ingredients. We got sushi with sundried tomatoes and salad (awful combination) and most of the rolls were with asparagus. Sundried omatoes does not belong in sushi. The rolls were completely similar and it was a boring experience. On top of that, they always forget a part of our order, so we have to drive back to get it. They’re slow too. Their edamame beans were okay I guess.

Cons: Unimaginative , Lack of diversity , Bad order handling

The vegan sushi is fine, but...

Compared to the price, I'd rather make my own vegan sushi at home. But it was a good experience, and I might do it again sometime, if I crave sushi on a lazy day

Pros: The chef experiments a lot, which is fun

Cons: Expensive, The flavors of the different pieces of sushi are, (Continued) very similiar
