Very Tasty, heart-warming food - Edit
This really is like Indian street food, so there’s lots of small dishes, each one very different. The menu shows what is vegan/vegetarian but I’d advise that you also check with the waiting staff as dishes not marked vegan can sometimes be made vegan by taking something away, eg, The yoghurt. Also, generally you DON’T need to reserve.
