Polite service, cosy atmosphere and so many cool topping combinations to choose from. Finally a place with some creative, flavourful vegan pizzas! What more can I say? Definitely worth a visit!

Read moreFirst off, this is some of the best, most inventive pizza I've ever had. There is a decent size vegan menu, and while the toppings may look like a lot, don't let it fool you! I have the Pizza Ragu, and holy wow, so delicious. My non-vegan boyfriend liked it a ton as well.
The restaurant itself is on the smaller size, but has indoor and outdoor seating, so unless it's a busy day, you shouldn't have any issues finding somewhere to sit. It's incredibly charming. You can see your food being made in the forno, and the server and chef couldn't have been nicer! The service was also nice and quick; a group of seven was just before us and didn't affect our wait time for our food much at all!

One of the best vegan pizzas I ever had! - Edit
Bancale 61 is a lovely little pizzeria where you can see your pizza being baked in the wood oven. They have a lot of choice in vegan pizzas and I had the al Bosco which was delicious! The service was also very quick and the atmosphere was cosy and international: people were speaking French, English and Italian around me. I will definitely be back next time in Maastricht!

True authentic Italian pizza! Those are hard to find vegan, they had a stone oven and you could see the kitchen/chef working. A little small but that was pretty nice. Food was amazing, lots of options!

So many options! An entire menu of vegan pizzas plus a starter (tagliere vegan). The focaccia rossa was really amazing, the cecilia pizza was ok, maybe too many flavors that did not go quite well together. Bosco pizza was good. Absolutely recommend it to try several different vegan pizza

Speciaal veganistisch menu. Over de ingrediënten is duidelijk nagedacht. Niet even de kaas vervangen maar een heel nieuw gerecht verzonnen. Ik at de vegan Melania en die kan ik van harte aanbevelen. Mijn vader at een margarita en die was ook naar wens. Zag er precies zo uit als de margarita die ik ooit at in Napels.

Although I appreciate creativity I would have loved to also see some classic pizzas on the vegan menu. These were all very special pizzas with special ingredients.

It is not the greatest place to sit and eat although staff was friendly.
The menu on the website is not the same as the actual menu.

The staff are Italian. Everybody is very friendly. They have a separate menu for vegan pizzas. It's not the same as on the website. The vegan pizzas are not your typical fare, they're super creazive with ingredients that don't seem to go together but actually do. The vegan mozzarella is actually homemade by them. I had the "piso" pizza for 15€ and i really liked it. The pizza bread was just perfect!

Een hele lijst met alleen maar vegan pizza's!!!! Normaal maar 1 of 2 opties maar nu..... Iedere pizza op het menu leek me heerlijk dus kiezen werd erg moeilijk! Gekozen voor de pizza piso. De pizza zelf was al een plaatje om te zien (met linzen, nootjes, vegan mozarella enz), maar ook werkelijk een genot om te eten. Ik word vaste klant om de andere pizza's ook uit te proberen!!!

Amazing and cute pizza place in an out of town area in Maastricht. They have a total of 18 vegan pizzas and really great creationw, they make their own vegan mozzarella. It was truly amazing and all pizzas are made in a real stone oven, real italian tradition. Definitely worth more than one visit. I recommend reserving though. We were there on a Saturday night, it was packed, but we had our pizza in 30 minutes.

Tried the pizza with truffels which was super good! Also tried the one with hummus which was good too, but not as amazing as the one with truffels. I will definitely come back to try the other vegan pizzas of the menu!

We went to this restaurant and had some of the most delicious pizzas we’ve ever had. They make their own vegan ‘mozzarella’ which was nice, but especially the crust is what made it so great.

They were too big, and we were offered to take the rest home. Nice!
It's a really tiny place, and a bit cramped and uncomfortable to sit (tables are made of wooden palets). Nice to see the fire in the oven.
we saw several people coming in for takeaway as well.
