It was ok - Edit
I gave this place a chance twice, but it just didn't make as good of an impression on me as the other vegan cafes in Novi Sad.
Read moreThe food is of average healthiness and quality, and the ingredients seem quite cheap on most dishes. Yet, the prices there were the most expensive among all vegan cafes I've visited. The dishes are also quite small and not fulfilling. The advantage of this place is that it's closer to the touristic center than others, and the interior is quite spacious and modern.
After the second try I gave to this place, I paid quite a lot of money and didn't feel full - therefore went to a different cafe straight after😄

Good but not the best - Edit
The place is well-situated and generally nice, but the food is relatively expensive. Nevertheless, this place deserves 4 stars for good service, interier and healthy 100% vegan menu. If you're not in a hurry, consider walking to Ananda, though :)

Amazing vegan food in Novi Sad - Edit
Daily menu tends to be really good, the staff is friendly and English speaking, and the dessert are amazing! Make sure to try their pies, as they try and make different daily flavors that are not on the menu.

You'd be nuts not to go to Bananas - Edit
Welcoming interior with polished concrete floors, chunky wooden tables framed with black steel legs and bare brick revealed judiciously and all brought together with great local art and subtle but contemporary lighting. Although it has an urban look, it is a cosy and relaxed place to enjoy the Raw and vegan food, freshly prepared and served by enthusiastic and efficient staff.
Read moreThere's a wide variety of home cooked food and the soups (both vegan and Raw) are souper tasty😄The daily menu ensures that you won't get bored with choice if you want to come again and again (we do).
Have a snack or main meal or indulge in a dessert and organic coffee (not to mention the cold pressed juices and Smoothies.
Pros: Delicious home cooked (or raw) food, Great interior and ambiance , Daily menu gives variety to regulars.
Cons: Fruit Chia Pudding a bit boring for me.

Lovely food - Edit
I was hoping to get the daily menu but didn’t realise it’s only available from 1pm onwards, and we were too early. So we ordered off the normal menu instead - mac & cheese, burger and a smoothie. Everything was really tasty and well presented. Mains around 400-600. Nice bistro kinda atmosphere and the outdoor seating was perfect on a sunny day.

A pleasant surprise in Novi Sad - Edit
We went there for lunch. The food was delicious. I had the raw tomato sauce pasta and my friend had the veggie burger and fries. The pasta could have been more generous with the sauce but the burger was perfection. Best veggie burger I have tasted. They made their own ketchup and did not salt their fries which totally makes sense for them as a healthier restaurant, also. The decor was lovely and the restroom was spacious. Our server was slow and not particularly pro-active. We went without beverages (!) and while we would have enjoyed dessert we were not offered it and so elected to leave. Lunch took us nearly an hour with only four other people in the restaurant. Price was amazing: under 10 USD.

Smokin'.... - Edit
Seems a favourite of the lunchtime crowd, Bananas is a very nice, smart but not uncomfortable eaterie just off the main drag (easy to miss the turn off Zmaj Jovina). The food is great, service prompt and friendly, and they will help you if you're lumbered with English as your only fluent language. 2 beers costs more than one main meal but that's an indication of the reasonable pricing, not a complaint about the drinks. Give it a try: you'd be..er.. crackers not to. Btw, I don't think smoking is allowed in there, quite unusual for Serbia.

Excellent vegan food in Novi Sad - Edit
Having eaten there many times, I can vouch for this restaurant. The food is always freshly made, portions are decent and there usually is a table or two free to sit at.
Read moreThe daily menus are a pretty good deal where one gets to taste exciting new dishes, but for me the cakes are the highlight of the restaurant. Creamy, delicious, and raw, they really are wonderful. Recommended!
Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant, which is a seldom find in Serbia.
Pros: all vegan, tasty, good food

Good food, close to city center - Edit
We had a burger and a falafel wrap, both really tasty, big portion for reasonable price. It was a busy day, so we had to wait almost one hour but it paid off.
