Vegetarian items are marked "veg" and denotes vegan option as well - includes such as kaiso seaweed salad, organic mixed greens, imo koroshi, miso mushrooms, vegetable yakisoba, inari, cucumber roll, avocado roll, and others. Ask if vegetable tempura is used in separate flyer or not. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Fancy, Tasty Sushi - Edit
Swanky sushi restaurant with numerous vegan options that were quite different to the usual/basic vegan fare at sushi restaurants - I had an Ume Shiso Roll: pickled plum with Shiso, Japanese Miso Mushrooms: pan-seared with charred negi, miso glaze, and micro greens, and a semi-basic but delicious veggie roll.
Great service, restaurant had a nice atmosphere and decor, and the food was relatively healthy (mushrooms fried and drenched in oil), however it is quite expensive! Would go again for a special meal with friends or family.
