Balam is open for lunch, too, thank goodness. Second favorite spot for upscale Ⓥ cuisine in Whistler Village, BC after Raven Room. Could be a tie - I have to go back!
Read moreWhat a romantic and relaxed room. Decor, music, vibe is Latin American love. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had hands down! Yucca fries are perfect and my favorite fry, asparagus had a delightful jalapeño heat - will likely do the tasting menu next time which the waitress said is $78 for Ⓥ.
