Appalling Management - Edit
The manager is rude and hung up on me twice while I was asking for my refund confirmation/receipt; initially the refund was to correct my purchase and I decided after speaking with the manager that I did not want my order anymore. She refused to tell me her name and would not let me get a word in. I support local businesses despite the higher prices, but we will not be be supporting Baked any longer.

I love these completely customizable cookies! I do wish that there were more vegan topping and frosting options. They are made fresh, though. They come out hot and delicious!

These cookies are SO GOOD. Staff is very conscious and aware of vegan concerns and does their best to avoid cross contamination. There are so many vegan options and they are well labeled. They also have an almond milk beverage dispenser. My favorite combination so far is the vegan sugar cookie dough, macadamia nuts, and dark chocolate chips!

One of my favorite places to go in Bloomington! Open late hours. Lots of options for vegan dough, toppings, icing and the best part is it all tastes great
