Good airport option

The waitress confirmed that the bread they use for the banh mi is not vegan, it has an egg wash. She did tell me that several of the bowls and noodle dishes could be made vegan. I got a vegan drunken noodles with tofu which for airport food was pretty good. Not many options at the DFW airport for vegans so it’s nice this place has a few things.

Good for airport restaurant!

Look it’s not the very best banh shop I’ve ever been to but for the airport it’s definitely doable. The green curry is vegan the staff were friendly and it wasn’t overrun. Edit: came back for a bowl which was good value.

Pros: Green curry hit the spot, Very friendly staff, Not crowded and quick service

Tofu Bahn Mi

I like their tofu bahn mi’s. They run a little dry so maybe ask for extra aioli.

Meh

The woman was so nice behind the counter, but the food is not good. Greasy and flavorless and expensive. I always pack food for traveling, but this was a travel day of delayed flights and missed connections. Needed to eat with hours still to go. I would not eat here again. DFW is such a void for vegans.

Was fine for a long day of travel

Yes, a couple things are labeled as vegan possible.

Pros: Tofu, Vegan labels, Seating

Cons: Drunken noodles had too strong sauce, Pad Thai wasn't labeled vegan possible

Decent food option at the airport

Unfortunately they were out of the vegan sauce for what we were wanting to order so ended up getting sandwiches with soy sauce. They were decent, though very expensive.

Spicy and Tasty- Worth it!

I had both the Bahn Fire Bowl last week and the Blazing Noodle dish today at the D10 location. Both of them I substituted the chicken for tofu with no charge or problem.
They were both spicy and delicious!
Airport priced, but very satisfying.

Pros: Friendly staff , Very tasty and spicy

Cons: Slightly expensive.

Decent Airport Meal

Yes, it’s an airport, but it is overpriced at $15.99 for the meal size, especially since there is an additional $4.50 for tofu. That said, was still a decent meal. Several options that can be made vegan. No vegan sauces except gluten-free soy sauce.

Vegan options

I had a very basic rice bowl, added tofu for a total of 20 dlls. There's also a vegan California Roll, vegan spring rolls, pad thai

Pros: Clearly mentions what's vegan and what is not., At least 4 options

Cons: Expensive

Good, but expensive

Everything that was vegan was clearly marked on the menu. Items that are not vegan, but can be made vegan are also marked. We got the tofu banh mi and green curry. The food was good, but very expensive. It cost 40 dollars for just the two items. Note: this is by gate C21.

Pros: Clear vegan options, Good flavor

Cons: Expensive , Oily

Solid airport find

Nice find around the C gate. I ordered the veganized pad thai. Realized afterwards that I could have added tofu to it.
Tasted good, just a bit oily!

Pros: Marked vegan options

Cons: Smallish portion , Oily

Best airport meal I've ever had

Wish I could rate this 5 stars. Easily the best airport meal I've had. Menu is clearly marked with items that can be made vegan, and our waitress even let me know about the ingredients in the sauce because she noticed I ordered a bowl with tofu and no egg and wanted to make sure I was vegan and didn't accidentally order non-vegan sauce. The fried rice was absolutely delicious, better than most restaurants in Denver. Go here, it's the best option!!

Pros: Delicious, Lots of vegan options , Kind, knowledgeable staff

Cons: Price

Decent Airport Option

The grab n go sushi option was nice to see and know if you’re in a pinch and need to quickly grab something with more substance than a bag of chips. The menu is clearly marked and the fried rice came out super fast.

Hearty Vegan Bowl - make sure you specify vegan

Also got the Bahn Fire Bowl with tofu per the other reviewers. However, I was informed that it isn’t vegan by default and you have to order it Gluten Free in order for it to be vegan.. so heads up if you just order it regularly.

Located between gates D10 and D11 in front of the Applebees. I’ve been to DFW 4 times in the last month and the Amex Lounge nearby hasn’t really had anything vegan as they put cheese or something on every dish. So this place is the next best thing nearby.

Good vegan options

Got the Bahn Fire bowl with tofu and it was really tasty. Rare to have a place with vegan proteins (aside from impossible or beyond burgers) at an airport!

Okay

I went to the one in terminal C across from gate C22. Ordered the veganized pad thai (i.e., hold the egg) with tofu (another $4). Totally overpriced but expected of airport restaurants. Tasted decent enough to keep me from starving on my flight home, but it was excessively greasy. There are a few other veganizable options and a vegan California roll.

Solid option

It tastes exactly how I hoped it would taste, not too bland, not too spicy. Worth it! There aren't a lot of great options in the airport but this one is great!

Pros: Well labeled as vegan or vegan-optional, Staff knowledgeable

Cons: Not gourmet but it's airport food 4 goodness sake!

Overpriced tasteless food

Overpriced and completely tasteless food. Tried both the tofu sandwich and a bowl that ‘can be made vegan.’ We had just a few options for vegan food at DFW airport, and we were optimistic about their menu labeled vegan options. But what a disappointment and total rip-off. Never again.

Cons: Expensive & staff unhelpful, Tasteless , Small portions
