The only vegan option at Dallas airport

I spent 30 minutes walking around the airport starving and trying to find just one vegan dish (other than fries). CRU looks like a wine bar and was literally the last place I checked before giving up. I was very pleasantly surprised to find they had a Wild Mushroom Quinoa Wrap with fries (see title photo). The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and confirmed it was vegan. The wrap was actually quite nice, I was so happy!
We had a beer but the wine on the wine rack looked nice, too.

Pros: The only vegan option at the airport , Tasty wrap , Large portion
