Nice to have the option - Edit
This past weekend they were out of the vegan cream cheese, but they had the vegan sausage and just eggs. I opted for that on a plain bagel and found it tasty. I think they should definitely add vegan cheese as an option, I ended up going next door and getting some cheese to add to it. The bagels are good but not as thick as I am used to in New York. The cashier also was not knowledgeable on the vegan products.
