It's Backwerk, quick and easy food. Enough options for both the sweet pastries as the sandwiches. Does the trick for the price, I had two pastries and a tea for €8,40. And I had spare time left to catch my plane.

Ho trovato 2/3 panini vegani, ma erano i classici panini con le verdure e l'hummus. Se fossero stati un pò più creativi, sarebbe stato meglio. Oltre a questi, c'era una pasta sfoglia con gli spinaci dentro, molto buona!

Eine vielfältigere Auswahl an gesunder Jause gibt es nirgendwo. Habe mir zwei Spinat Börek geholt (2,30€ pro Stück) und ein veganes Jausenbrot mit Hummus, getrockneten Tomaten und Avocado (2,30€) Preise sind meiner Meinung nach etwas teurer aber für die Leistung und Salzburger Verhältnisse total okay! Super leckerer Snack zwischendurch, wenn es schnell gehen muss! Ps: toller, günstiger Kaffee!!!

Great vegan options. I went there around 7pm so not long before they were closing, but managed to buy the sandwich/burger and also the tofu wrap. Both were absolutely delicious and full of flavour and not expensive at all - about €5 in total for both items.

backwerk does a great job in what other bakeries are still missing out on: clear labelling and many vegan options - besides plain bread.

the only thing i find bothering is, that vegan and meat options aren't always separated, which means some meat parts might touch the vegan goods :(
