If you are afraid it’s not enough, definitely try the large portion. I would recommend building your own bowl, so you can eat exactly what you want.
Read moreVegan protein options: tofu, vegetable balls, falafels - edamame counts as “greens”, not protein, but they have that too.
You can choose from a great variety of greens, a few sauces (ask witch one is vegan, the teriyaki sure is) and a few crunchy toppings.
My bowl was very tasty and compared to other poké bowls it was quite filling (I ordered the large one).

We were a few days in Ponta Delgade and went here twice. The vegan bowl is al little too low on protein to our taste but the second time we adder a helping of falafel. Taste is very good, staff friendly, drinks cold and enough choice. I would definitely go back next time

Hatten heute hier unser Mittagessen und 2x die vegane Bowl. Die war leider etwas enttäuschend. Hatten uns etwas mehr Kreativität bei der Zusammensetzung (z. B. Noch Falaffel, edamame, mehr veggies) der Bowl und dem Dressing (mehr und geschmacksintensiver) erwartet - da ist noch Luft nach oben. Bei einer selbst zusammengestellten wo man sich mal vergreifen kann wäre das verständlich gewesen, nicht aber bei einer die an sich schon so komplett fertig angepriesen wird. Zudem bekommt man wohl bei einer selbst zusammengestellten mehr Optionen zu einem etwas günstigeren Preis.

Great selection of fresh ingredients and you can customize your own poke bowl! The Azorean smoothie is very tasty. There's a premade vegan poke bowl, and you can also customize your own bowl to be vegan with tofu, falafel, edamame etc.

Einfache aber stylische Einrichtung, viele vegane Optionen. Sippe des Tages gab es für nur 2€ und sie war angeblich vegan (ihr kennt das, immer lieber mal nachfragen). Wir fanden es gut und waren für 18€ satt und glücklich (eine große Bowl, Summer Rolls - etwas langweilig, Suppe des Tages).

Really accommodating staff made us 6 vegan poke bowls. One was the vegan poke bowl on the menu, which was delicious, and the other 5 were selected by each of us at the counter. Falafel was the best vegan protein option. Recommend the larger size for adults, and the smaller for kids.

Build your own or vegan bowl option. Fairly cheap in a city with very little vegan options, unfortunately. The falafel‘s were amazing. Would also love the option to have a warm bowl as it felt more like a raw bowl but still delicious. Close to city center. Will definitely go back.

got vegan options and frindly service .. but ..it is not cheap l! and poke bowl need better sauces dressings...you know lemon? taste balance, umami? tofu is unseasoned nor marinated nor cooked and served with just a hint of unknow sauce with mainly sugar is a little sad ..same quinoa just boiled no herbs dressing ...and yeah all ingredients are near dead fish and dead shrimps...

We each got a poke bowl with all of the veggies and fruit (pineapple & mango) a range of toppings & marinated tofu rice sauce. Also had their fresh juices. Staff spoke good English, had great knowledge of the ingredients and was very friendly. The food was delicious and filling without causing bloating. Although there was only the tofu as a protein a number of the veggies are proteins too (edamame & chickpeas)
