Incredible service!! EXPERT coffee and tea brewers. - Edit
Today we only stopped for tea & coffee (but we will be back for a VEGAN meal!).

Large selection of local teas and oh my...a real coffee brewed expertly by an experienced young man that knows how to brew a V-60 pour over coffee. Four selections of beans. Costa Rican, Bolivian, Brazilian and Rwandan. AWESOME.
We are on the island another 8 days so we will make it a point to return.

I wasn't able to get anything vegan here except Ibthink the acia pot. We asked if anything else could be adapted but no.

Vegan options and milk for coffee available - Edit
We found this place by accident while looking for a nice coffee and it turned out to be very good. We had a latte macchiato and a chai Latte. They had soy milk, among others, and a very filling peanut butter oat meal, and also ice cream, which I didn't try but looked delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable, they took their time to explain all the options they had available.
