March 2013 reported being all vegetarian again. In the morning it's a vegetarian breakfast cafe, in the evening it turns into a vegetarian tapas and hookah bar. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-1:00pm. Open Mon-Sun til 6pm-late.

In all our lengthy stay we didn't see the place open even once

Super cute little place! We asked if they had food after they opened at about 8pm and she said she might make a lentil curry later... we just stayed for drinks and the chai flavoured hookah (never got updates about the food). We went for breakfast that was understaffed but the chef managed to please us. The housemade granola is great. I had a potato scramble with veg (small serving, no toast offered). More veg options for breakfast would be nice -- but given, they just started offering breakfasts (with meat & eggs) recently (used to be a vegan place, I think).
Pros: atmosphere, sexy & friendly staff, location
Cons: unreliable hours, not many options, portions

Vegan food in Sayulita! - Edit
This is a great place. Recycled decor and fun music make for a great atmosphere. There is limited selection but it is all very good and changes everynight. The agua fresca is excellent and not too sweet.
Pros: Local produce, Sustainable, Great locaton
