Horrible food horrible service horrible owner - Edit
hired Ariela's for a very special catering event for 35 teenagers. I ordered lasagna, penne Al a vodka, salad, vegetable tray, cupcakes, and hot oat milk (for a hot chocolate bar). The lasagna came extremely burnt and watery (frozen vegetables were clearly used), vegetable platter came with old vegetables (carrots were bleached) that came with dressing we made clear we did not want, cupcakes were awful. The cupcakes had oat milk spilled all over them and they were unservable and disgusting. The owner delivered the catering order 45 minutes late as she forgot where the address was (she thought it was desert shores yet it was in southwest Las Vegas AND it was confirmed a week and a half prior), brought food for 12 instead of 35, spilled the hot oat milk all over, and made excuses for everything, never once apologizing. When she finally was able to get some oat milk to replace the spilled oat milk she dropped off cold oat milk and said to stick it in her urn to heat it up and took off. Again, I PAID for hot oat milk and she charged me extra for serving yet did not have the audacity to come and heat it up as she was extremely embarrassed by her actions. Well we opened her urn and there was mold all over the inside- super disgusting! We cleaned it out and turned it on and it would not turn on. She knowingly gave us a broken urn. She never apologized for anything. I would hate for anyone else to experience the enormous stress that I went through. When I hire her I asked if she knew what vegan was and she said yes and that she was SO excited to cater our event. She over charged, under delivered, refused to apologize, and is full of excuses. Stay far away as there are many kosher and/or vegan options in Las Vegas who know how to cater an event and not stress you out. ***clearly by her response you can tell that she is a horrible business person. She lied many times over, stole my money as she refused to produce what was agreed upon and signed for, and has horrible business practices. I witnessed her being rude to her associates barking orders at them as opposed to being kind and asking them to do things. I should have known from that moment on that this would be a disaster but she kept saying over and over she could do this event and wanted me to hire her.

Nice 100% vegetarian pizza joint, but be sure to specify vegan - Edit
So it's not necessarily made super clear on the signage or the menu, but everything on the menu, including the "meats", ARE all vegetarian. However, non-vegan cheese is used by default so be sure to specify that you want a vegan pie. I come here somewhat frequently and have had a few mixups where they gave me a non-vegan pie (even after I asked for vegan) but they did fix it as soon as they could. However, when we used their delivery page one time, we did have a sort of awkward customer service incident where we wanted to add extra chick'n to a pizza (and the app we used charged us accordingly) but they called us up and acted like we were trying to get it for free even though we paid for it? It was weird.
Read moreOverall, the pizza (and fries) are heavenly! However, they are a little spendy for a pizza. Also, do note that the hours may vary based on Jewish customs/holidays and are not always accurate on Google/delivery apps, so be sure to call ahead or check their social media to make sure they are open. I think they are usually closed Saturdays, but sometimes they are open Saturday nights?
The actual restaurant is pretty small, but since it is a pizza joint we always get takeout anyway.
Pros: Delicious pizza, Most of menu can be veganized
Cons: Pricey for a pizza, Posted hours not always accurate so check ahead

Great place for vegan pizzas - Edit
From the Vegan Pizzas menu, I enjoyed The Sausage, 16" Mishpocha Size, plus the following Veggies: Bell Peppers, Fresh Garlic, Spinach, Red Onion, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil. It was fresh, healthy, and filling. The proportions of ingredients were nicely balanced. The garlic came through well.
