I would give this place no stars if I could. Ariela was HORRIBLE to deal with! We hired her to cater an event, giving specifics on how many people will be attending, exactly what time she needed to be there, and the location.

She was an hour late and showed up at an address across town. When she finally arrived, the oat milk for the hot chocolate bar had spilled all over her car. When asked how we can get more hot oat milk, she said she would take care of it.

She started to put out the food and then we saw that she did not make enough food for the number of people that would be at the event. Her excuse was that she told us how many people would be served by each tray and that we should have figured it out from there on her website. SHE NEVER MADE SUGGESTIONS AS TO THE NUMBER OF TRAYS IF FOOD WE SHOULD HAVE when discussing this with her. She is the so-called “expert” and refused to give her “expertise”.

As she took the foil off of the trays we were horrified to see the food was burnt. Her excuse - it’s vegan and that’s how vegan cheese looks. The lasagna was also swimming in water, indicating that she froze it and then reheated it. It was not fresh. So yes, it was burnt and had a pool of water in the bottom. It looked horrible!

The penne al vodka had barely any sauce, the noodles stuck together, and it looked very unappetizing.

The tray of vegetables included carrots that were spoiled and rotten snap peas. It was embarrassing and disgusting.

A 3-year-old could have decorated the cupcakes better than she did. They were clearly baked days in advance as the cherries on the Black Forest cupcakes had cherry juice spilling throughout the cupcake.

She left to go get more oat milk, dropped it off and refused to come in to make sure the carafe would heat up the milk. It did not work. I called her and she said it would work…it never did! Our hot chocolate bar was ruined, one of the only thing the girls being honored had asked for.

Upon washing out the carafe of oat milk, it was discovered that it had not been cleaned. It was filthy and covered in either coffee debris or rust.

She is a thief, a liar, was horrible to work with, was filthy, and always had an excuse for everything. She also had a terrible attitude the entire few minutes she was there, never apologized for the burnt food, spoiled vegetables, or spilled milk, ruining the party.

I have no idea how the health department hasn’t shut her down.
