Zero stars - Edit
Had to complain about our burgers because they were inedible. Worst burger I’ve ever tried.

Poor service, average food - Edit
The most bizarre dining out experience ever. The place was deserted apart from some drinkers in the bar area. Yet still it took ages to order.
Read moreVegan burger was dry, the chips over cooked, the stuff that was supposed to be on the burger was out of stock yet they still let me order it.
I’ve had better burgers from literally every other pub in the county. Never again!
Cons: Bad service, Bad food, Weird atmosphere

Good food, weird vibe - Edit
The food was delicious with very generous portions. It’s great that all the burgers can be made vegan - I think that is not appreciated enough.
Read moreIf I rated on the food it would be five stars but I cannot give that following reasons:
There wasn’t that much of an atmosphere and the vibe was very strange, with no noise. In this huge place my sister and I were the only people present. The staff were not attentive at all. Our server was very slow, made little eye contact without a smile and had inadequate customer service skills. The other waitresses sat and glared, as they sat there with nothing to do.
I really hope this place improves because it has so much potential!
Pros: Brilliant food, Big portions
Cons: Weird atmosphere, Inattentive staff

Poor and misleading - Edit
I *REALLY* wanted to like this place. Tons of good reviews on many sites, extensive vegan menu - me and my partner didn't hesitate to make the 60 mile round trip to try this out. Literally could not have been more disappointed...
Read more- Service was poor. I waited 20 minutes at the bar to order whilst the staff served customers who had just walked up to the bar. It wasn't even like it was that busy, they just served whoever they felt like rather than try to serve in order.
- The vegan menu is franky, misadvertising. If you're going to make a big point that you can 'veganise' every dish, live up to it by actually veganising ingredients rather than just missing them out. The Sunday Dinner didn't come with a yorkshire pudding (understandable) but it also didn't come with potatoes, vegetables, stuffing or even gravy! I can buy all of these things at any supermarket! I was asked what cheese I wanted on the Sunday Dinner to then find A) it didn't come with any cheese on it and B) I was charged £1.50 extra which was not made clear at all when I finally got to ordering.
- Quality control is poor. My partner ordered the Broadway which arrived massively overcooked, black vegan bacon and multiple missing ingredients including your 'choice of dip' which if you're a vegan, isn't a choice because only 1 dip is vegan. To our surprise, another burger arrived about 10 minutes later which was actually pretty nice but it also contained a number of things missing from the first burger including the sausage patty, chicken breast (which we were told isn't vegan despite me getting chicken on my Sunday Dinner) and cheese. This was blamed on a new chef in training. Yeah, thats not a good excuse. If one thing had been missing, I could understand that but 3 things missing, 2 of which were quite fundamental to the burger, is just incompetence.
Cons: Misleading menu on extensiveness of vegan options, Bad service, Poor quality food

Very average & microwaved - Edit
Lots of choice but the burgers are tasteless & have a weird, dry texture. My waffles were microwaved & chewy too.

I Was Given Animal Flesh :( - Edit
I was really looking forward to trying the burgers here. Every burger can be made veggie or vegan. I decided to go for the Reuben (vegan of course). Unfortunately I was served the meat version. When the staff member put the burger in front of me he reiterated my order by saying “vegan Reuben”. And yes, I had eaten some of the food before realising it tasted way too real. It turned out to be the staff members fault as he did click the option properly when I placed my order. So the kitchen believed it was a meat order.
Read moreThe staff were extremely apologetic. I was given a new burger, and they refunded me. The experience made me feel very low, and actually rather guilty for unknowingly eating a bit. I am glad that I do not have any allergies. As that could have caused serious problems.
A review of the actual vegan Reuben was not very pleasant. The vegan party was kind of mushy. Linda McCartney burgers are way better than this. The vegan bacon they used was not very nice. I believe the bacon was Cheatin brand.
The wedges are cooked fresh and were very delicious.
Taking into account the order mix up and not very enjoyable burger. I won’t be returning here. If you want to go there and try their vegan burgers. I would recommend triple check that the food is vegan.
Pros: Lots of vegan options
Cons: Moderately expensive

Amazing choice of burgers - Edit
As a big fan of Annie's in Nottingham, I was delighted to stumble across this outpost in Worcester. It's not quite the same, but the burger menu is identical - there are over 30 burgers all of which can be made vegan - and they don't just leave off the meat and dairy, if it's listed as being on the burger there's a vegan version of it. This branch doesn't do breakfast, desserts or interesting drinks but the burgers are still amazing.

Cons: No plant milk , No desserts
