Basic but Decent - Edit
Wish I’d discovered this place earlier in my trip, rather than being wedded to vegan establishments - thanks to the Happy Cow community for guiding the way!
Read moreWhile it’s pretty basic fare, being able to choose from a bunch of fresh vegetable dishes (and tofu) makes a nice change from the stodgy veganised versions of traditional Filipino dishes sans veg. It’s also kinda cute to be able to frequent a caranderia-style eatery that serves actual vegan dishes.
Although the veg dishes are a bit plain, another bonus here is that they have fiery red chillis, hot sauce etc. to pimp your meals to your heart’s content.

Pros: Lots of fresh veg, Inexpensive compared to most, Reasonably priced for tourist area, Very central, Help yourself to chili, condiments and water
Cons: Not entirely vegan of course!, White rice only

Best bet for cheap veg eats near Alona Beach - Edit
Plenty of vegan options, though the price is more expensive than a typical carenderia since this is a tourist area, but still cheaper than most there places in the area. Food was okay. You select what you want from the pre-made offerings and pay per item.

Filipino styled food!!!

Delicious spring rolls and great flavours in the dishes we tried
Owner knows what vegan is.
It is a little tricky to find as roads/ laneways aren't named, but if you turn at the corner just past the Bollywood restaurant ( on Circumferential Rd) walk past Central Park Regent coffee shop and look for the street sign just past Garlic n Lemon bistro you'll find it
It's really close to to Alona Beach
Pros: Cheap tasty lunch, Local vibe, Tasty vegan food
