Authentic Northern Thai with Exceptional Vegan Options - Edit
Wow. Truly authentic Thai with a standout northern Thai focus. The menu is extensive, and nearly everything can be made vegan, with plenty of non-vegan options too.
Read moreI spent time in Chiang Mai last year and fell in love with this style of cuisine, so I was excited to see dishes like tea leaf salad and Khao soi on the menu. I ordered both, and they absolutely delivered. Fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
I also had a pot of butterfly pea tea, which was a nice touch. The interior is beautifully designed and creates a great atmosphere for a relaxed dinner.
A great spot if you’re looking for authentic Thai with strong vegan-friendly options.

Whoah. Vegan crab Rangoon? - Edit
I usually order a spring roll or tofu satay at a Thai place but this place offered vegan crab Rangoon. The center was a bit liquidy (eat over a plate) but it was absolutely delicious. The Anchan Thai tea with coconut milk was really good too! I’m usually a photo crazy reviewer but this trip has been tiring and I forget. Massaman curry was good and I hope to come back. Their pad Thai can be made vegan as well.

Fantastic Vegan Thai Food in Longmont - Edit
So many vegan options. Although the menu is not fully vegan, there were so many vegan options that we barely even noticed. The dessert ice cream with all the toppings was delicious as well.

Five Star experience! - Edit
The menu and restaurant are beautiful, all the food is absolutely delicious, presentation is gorgeous and the owner, Annie, is all-around amazing! Deserving of their award for best Thai in Boulder County! Loved the spring rolls, Panang curry, Thai fried rice and Anchan ice cream medley! 😍

Fantastic - Edit
The restaurant is a little hard to find (around back in what looks like an office building), but sooo worth it. The atmosphere is very nice, and the food was amazing. It is owned and operated by a married couple -- the wife is Thai and the menu is made up of her family's recipes. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly (nothing soggy), the sauces were flavorful and not oily, and the portions were generous. It looks like they have some outdoor seating. Do note, though, that the less expensive lunch menu offered on weekdays is not available on weekends. I wish I lived closer and could go more often!

Almost EVERYTHING IS VEGAN - Edit
I went to this delicious restaurant with a Thai friend and she was extraordinarily impressed with how authentic and clean the Thai food was. I also brought my vegan son and we tried pineapple fried rice, vegan cheese wontons, pad thai, and Rama curry. The Rama Curry was my favorite if you like peanut sauce! Almost everything we ate was vegan. They even had vegan ice cream with a bunch of toppings. The owners are a local vegan couple, with the cook and owner being Thai.

Delicious Thai food - Edit
We had a nice meal at Anchan Thai. It's located inside what appears to be an office building.
Read moreIt's a pretty setting with little lights strung around the windows. The waiter was a bit disinterested but efficient.
I ordered the Thai Eggplant Stir Fry and enjoyed it. The eggplant was unlike our typical or Asian eggplant but good. I wondered if it was cooked fully but enjoyed the dish anyway. The dish came with white rice.
My friend had the Massaman Curry. He's a huge Massaman curry fan and said this was a good one.
We both ordered our dishes with tofu. Make sure to ask for the dish to be made vegan so that fish sauce is omitted.

Amazing Thai food - Edit
They have a quiet out of the way location. Both owners are 100% vegan and understand how to adapt most dishes to any allergies or dietary needs.

Best Thai - Edit
So sad that I cannot give it 5 stars! It was amazing to have the ability to order nearly everything on the menu vegan! I think there was only two appetizers that were not able to be vegan out of the countless options! It was also the best Thai food I have had in years! The staff was so kind and helpful! There was multiple dairy alternatives for Thai iced coffee (or tea) AND all the deserts can/are vegan! I can’t wait for the mango sticky rice! They also gave us a sample of the most amazing tea from a Thai flower.
