Great vegan sushi - Edit
Several labelled vegan sushi options, all of which we had were fantastic. We went with non-vegan friends and they made sure to separate the vegan and non-vegan rolls on separate plates. Tasted great and reasonably priced for sushi.

Not vegan friendly + staff not knowledgable - Edit
They have an entire section of their menu labeled vegan, but some dishes contain REAL mayo, REAL cream cheese, etc. We asked the server to verify whether it was real or vegan and she said real. Ordered one of the rolls with no mayo and it came slathered in mayo. Miso soup is also not vegan as it has fish sauce.

Vegan sushi perfection - Edit
We had no problem getting a table at 5:30 on a Saturday. The food and service were incredible. Loved the veggie monster and veggie gyoza. We also had them add avo to the mushroom roll and got a side of the wasabi mayo. Bomb.

Only downside: the amount of tempura in the ramen makes it a bit gloopy after a little. I'd stick with sushi next time I come.

Vegan options for sushi in North Halsted - Edit
Love this restaurant! They have many vegan options and do a weekly veggie special for buy one get one free. Monster roll is my favorite. With vegan mayo!Staff is very kind and attentive.
