Nice range of vegan options - Edit
Although vegetarian, the vegan options are growing and are delicious. Ami was initially just a lunchtime spot and has expanded its hours to include Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. For this reason, the evening menu is more café-lunch style than formal restaurant meal but there's plenty to fill your belly. The burgers are fun as they are on the small size; it's recommended that you buy two if you are after a 'burger meal' but this way, you can try two different ones.

I usually don't like going to vegetarian restaurants since they still exploit animals, but given the fact that I am now living in Brussels, vegan restaurants are harder to come by.

Went there for dinner. Very friendly staff. Vegetarian with vegan options. Went for the vegan burger which was good. Accompanied by one of the 3 salads to choose from as part of their formula. Took the quinoa salad, was good although not personally a big fan of ‘sweet’ dressings. Burger was good. Only had 1 vegan dessert option (banana cake) but didn’t go for it. They also have platters you can compose yourself with 5 items to chose from (served with their veggie paddie) which I regretted not taking as it looked more to my liking (and 80% of the items to chose from are vegan). Girlfriend went for chef’s burger (vegetarian) and she loved it! Room was empty when we arrived at 7pm (we had a booking) but filled pretty quickly after we arrived!

I got one of the two vegan burger options, the Thai burger. It was pretty yummy. It took a surprisingly long time to arrive though. I would probably add a salad on the side next time as I had a little room for more and they don’t seem to have vegan dessert options. The service was really friendly even though I know no French. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant and they have a pleasant enough outdoor seating space in the back.

Small vegetarian restaurant with a nice atmosphere. They have two vegan burgers and some other vegan dishes on the menu not too expensive. They also have some temporary main courses and starters and at least one is vegan (and a bit more expensive than the burgers...).

The location near Place Flagey is nice to grab something to eat when you are in this neighborhood :)
But the service is not really fast... (depending on what you order I guess...).
The staff was really friendly.

We ordered two versions of the vegan burger for the two of us and both were delicious, substantial and inventive. Others who reviewed this place found the burgers to be small, we found them to be a good size with no need to order additional. Nice atmosphere.

La verdad que estábamos entre distintos sitios y al final nos quedamos con este y acertamos. El sitio no es muy grande y tiene un poco de terraza dentro. Nos gustó mucho todo lo que pedimos (lasaña de verduras y hamburguesa mexicana con ensalada de quinoa y la boulgour). De postre hicimos uno de sus pasteles y también estaba muy rico. La única pega fue que tardaron bastante en servirnos pero el personal era muy amable.

Just off from Place Flagey, Ami is a great little restaurant. Went for lunch and I had the gluten free Mexicain burger which was so damn tasty and since it was a hot day, the cucumber and mint gazpacho soup. Really great food and I didnt think the cost was too pricey either.

one strange thing in Brussels- they do not hold english menu in many of the places. here as well and we had to wait for the waiter for a while only to know what options we had. the vegan burger had no sauce beside ketchup which for me is disappointing. i wanted to ask if they had anything else i could add to it but it was too hard to get their attention. if you are around it's a good option though!

Nice little place with an outdoor terrace serving small plates of good veggie food. The burgers are quite small so order two with maybe a side to share. I had the two vegan options which were very enjoyable and the place seemed popular.

AMi as a straightforward menu: burgers (small and delicious, you need two for a meal),toasted sandwiches, salads, soups. It's uncomplicated but healthy, tasty and fresh. it's a good option for a cheap meal (10 to 12 euros + drinks)in the neighborhood.

Read moreThey serve a burger, which, depending on the salad/sauce may be vegan or vegetarian (2 out of 6 burgers are vegan), which can further be accompanied by soup and one or two side salads.
They also offer cold and warm sandwiches and plates composed of small portions of the different items on the menu. They have desserts but most of the times not vegan.
A bit pricey for the amount of food, but all ingredients are very good quality and the dishes prepared with detail and taste.
The café itself is minimalistic with a vintage twist. They also have a nice garden for those long summer days.
They deliver at home.

Sadly, most of the options have cheese in them so I always end up with the mexican burger (...and, well, it's excellent!), so I wish they develop a more vegan menu.
Also: the prices are reasonable and the staff has always been nice and helpful.
