The best vegan place in Kathmandu - Edit
Come and try this beautiful vegan spot! What I love and appreciate about this place is everything they serve is fully vegan! The owners are so lovely and they greeted us with warm smiles and you can feel they really enjoyed what they are doing. As vegan ourselves, we feel so happy that we can have vegan options in anywhere we go! We tried the avocado black beans salad bowl, soy paneer tikka masala sandwich, mexican burrito wrap and fruit bowl. Everything was so healthy, and tasty!!! Highly recommend this wonderful place!!!

Tasty + nutritious Vegan food in Thamel - Edit
Always Happy co. is an amazing all vegetarian/vegan place (though majority of the menu is Vegan). The menu is diverse and offers super tasty and nutritious food - a rare combination. The place is run by a super friendly and passionate hard working couple. The cafe itself is very clean and loved the bright colors and ambience. I personally tried their tofu burrito, green protein smoothie, and a chocolate doughnut. I went back super happy and super satiated without having to worry about my protein needs!

Lots of options - Edit
Lots of options for vegans would visit again but definitely one of the more expensive places to eat in the area. I had the quinoa and brocoli salad which was delicious. Portion size was too big for me (and I do usually eat a fair amount) but the food was good.

Vegetarian/Vegan place - Edit
Nice small place running by family (vegan wife and vegetarian husband). I visited few times. The wraps was good and testy. Vegan cookies also good. I didn’t like the peanut butter smoothie (it was made in wrong way, very liquid, no sweet, almost no bananas and just milk and peanut butter for 375 rp). Also I had very strong stomach problems after eating vegan donut (not sure why).

Nice place, good prices and delicious food. The chickpea burrito was super tasty and they prepare everything super fast. The staff and owner are super friendly and nice people. The place is more cosy than it looks in the pictures. They also have two types of vegan cookies and a vegan brownie that they serve warm with chocolate cream.

Good positive environment restaurant and staff with fresh homemade ingredients for salad and its verities.
