Not recommendable - Edit
Not recommendable for vegans! Only if you have no other choice, e.g. non-vegan friends who want to go there, otherwise I wouldn‘t go there. They offer only a salad, vegan Sweet potatoes and a quinoa burger. What I did not know is that the sweet potatoes and normal fries for the burgers are made with eggs. Only noticed afterwards! So be aware! Maybe you can ask them to make them without eggs. The burger was ok, but I was not happy about the fries obviously.

Leckerer Burger in gemütlicher Atmosphäre - Edit
Zwischen Salat und Burger habe ich mich für den Quinoa Burger entschieden. Der kommt mit Salat, Süßkartoffelpommes oder Kartoffelspalten als Beilage. Der Burger war total lecker, die Kartoffelspalten waren leider nicht mein Fall. Personal war freundlich und draußen auf der Terrasse konnte man gemütlich sitzen.

We ate quinoa burger with guacamole and fried sweet potatoes. Very good quality food, industrial moody restaurant.

Ci sono varie opzioni vegane, quel giorno oltre al burger di quinoa c'era anche come antipasto Stick di verdure e hummus di ceci, cosa non comune in alto Adige.

nice restaurant and staff - Edit
There's a good atmosphere and I can highly recommend the quinoa burger (now vegan). Everyone there was very nice and also my sister and mother (who eat meat) enjoyed the food very much.

Insult to vegans/vegetarians - Edit
Has only one vegan option (there should be other vegan sides like fries, but not labeled as vegan) which is a vegan burger for almost fifteen Euro. The burger comes without a patty. We asked the staff (who were nice) if this is normal and they said yes. Two slices of bread with lettuce and a side of fries which taste like the oil was used to fry non-vegan dishes). Any other place will probably have better vegan options if you simply instruct them to make them. But to simply charge the same or more for a burger without a patty is not cool. The food (spinach dumplings) of a non-veg friend was also mood good according to them. I guess this could have been expected from a place which is called old slaughterhouse ...

Highly recommended!! - Edit
In South Tyrol we found it hard to find vegan declared food in restaurants, but in this place we did and it tasted very good! They definitely know how to cook, the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful!

It is a very nice place next to the river with seating inside and outside.

I got the lentil burger that was very good and it came with very tasty chips and cocktail sauce, which I had never found as a vegan before.
It was a bit pricey but the portions were a good size and the quality was also very good.

Great beer, good burger - Edit
Fun bar/restaurant. Kind of had the feel of a slightly classier brewdog (UK) about it. Beer was great and local. A few vegan starters - pumpkin soup, hummus (homemade, thick, yum!), bruschetta. Vegan beanburger main was good (not mind-blowing), burger sauce was Great and the wedges were amazing! Really chilled vibe. In this area, just nice to find somewhere that clearly marks vegan options.
