Praticamente tutto il pane è vegano e ci sono molte scelte dolci. La Linzer torte, il bretzel con uvetta e mele, i cornetti… spesso si trovano prodotti ancora caldi appena sfornati e la signora al banco è super gentile e disponibile. Vale da solo una visita a Bressanone

We stopped there for some food for our trip. The service was great and after we said that we want something vegan the women was very helpfull. There are many options and all we had was great.

Clearly labeled vegan options, disappointing Brezel, no sandwiches/burgers - Edit
Description should probably be updated as there weren’t any sort of sandwiches or burgers, only breads or pastries. Those are labeled pretty clearly with a vegan logo and text, so it’s easy to figure out what you can eat.

Good variety on typical german/austrian pastries. i was looking for krapfen for a long time. they were really good. the kipferl (croissants) were tasty but not extraordinary. krapfen had chocolate spread and jam.

Ich würde gern 5 ⭐️ geben. Ich liebe die veganen Krapfen, die es hier zur Zeit gibt - wohl leider nur jetzt in der Faschingszeit. Ich habe inzwischen schon alle Sorten probiert und bin absolut begeistert. Nichtmal in Deutschland habe ich bisher so gute vegane Krapfen gegessen. Die Kuchen sind auch sehr gut hier und allgemein alles was ich probiert habe. Diese Bäckerei ist essenstechnisch einfach mein Highlight hier in Brixen.

Mostly vegan products - Edit
Most of the products in this bakery are vegan! Not only the big green vegan label but watch for a small black vegan note on each product's label. They also have a vegan burger! We only had an apricot cake and hazelnut croissant to take away and they were good. The staff is knowledgable about veganism and pointed out all the options.

Had the vegan tofu sandwich, which was surprisingly good! An easy, fast meal for pretty cheap. I also had one of their desserts, some sort of fruit cake. The vegan options are labeled, but the shopkeeper also pointed to desserts that weren’t labeled vegan when I asked which ones were... not sure if she knew exactly what “vegan” means.

Fast alle Brote und Brötchen sind vegan, dazu kommt noch einiges an süßem Gebäck und ein super leckerer Burger. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles und man kann teilweise sogar probieren. Es werden hochwertige Zutaten verwendet, das kann man schmecken!

Ich bin sehr oft beim Profanter und esse meist die vegane Linzerschnitte, die sehr saftig ist. Die Auswahl an veganem Gebäck ist vielfältig. Außerdem gibt es einen veganen Burger mit Tofu und hausgemachter Sojamayonaise und gegrilltem Gemüse. Sehr zu empfehlen.

All vegan options are clearly labled and there are plenty to chose from- I had the tofu burger, which was tasty and cost about the same as the non-vegan option. Other vegan items on the menu were two vegan soups, salads with optional tofu or avocado and multiple sweet treats. Great for a quick lunch, not ideal for a longer stay

I was there on a short trip, on a rainy Sunday afternoon. They had a huge choice of vegan products, so i bought many of them to try. Unforgettable feeling😄every one of them was soooo yummy. The lady in the shop was very friendly, and could give a lot of information about their products.

Im Herzen von Brixen in der Altstadt. Einfach zu finden. Interessierte, gut informierte und sehr freundliche Verkäufer*in. Brote und Brötchen sind alle vegan. Einen Tofu Burger und verschiedene Kuchen bzw. süsse Teilchen gibt's im Angebot. Wir hatten den Berliner, den Mohn und Zwetschgenkuchen probiert. Alles sehr lecker!

There are options...which able to produce if you want! - Edit
They have an vegan burger and two cakes available. It was possible to get the cakes but not the burger and that during the lunch time...bad time management. EDIT: Another day we asked for some of that burgers and they make intermediately some for us! So just ask for this delicious option!
