A little jewel - Edit
3 minutes by car near the Standing Stones, a little Bistro built from wood on a farm with a little zoo and a lovely peacock, which you can cuddle. Half meat, half vegan dishes until afternoon, vegan cakes and coffee with soymilk available, free wifi, mobilephone free charging, friendly owners, giftshop, all local products.

Such a great find just around the corner from the Callandish Standing Stones. A family owned and operated cafe with absolutely amazing food!! The have multiple dishes catering to vegans, gluten free, non-dairy, etc. Everything on the menu we tried was phenomenal and it’s mostly prepared on site!! There are dishes for your meat eating friends as well. They smoke their own meats and even the beetroot! Plus you’re dining alongside Alpacas and other farm favorites. I highly recommend making this place a part of your visit to the area

Excellent, fabulous location near us and the best ancient stones in the world. We enjoyed vegan black pudding and haggis in their farls (rolls crossed with scones). And enjoyed the company of ducks, alpapacas and chickens, and found shared history with the owners.
