Open Mon 12:00pm-9:00pm, Tue-Thu 12:00pm-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm.

For only 12,000 COP (which feels not enough for the quality!!) you get a wonderful, nutritious, well balanced menu del dia with a soup, main, refreshing drink and dessert! Amazing value and one of our favorite all vegan places in Colombia. The hosts are also super nice. 100% recommended 👍😊

Hard to find 100% vegan restaurants in Medellin. There are about four. Alma Natura is one of the best. The daily lunch menu is always good. The portions are a good size and the service is excellent.

Terrific menu del día: from the superb (& cold) juice – so good we ordered extra, the creamy (from potato) veggie soup, to the varied but all delicious main items, with sauces and fresh salad, and moist sweet and healthy cake (topped w canela sauce), we were so satisfied. Also the hostess helped us with warmth and smiles, power up! Thank you 🙏

Frequented this place at least once a week. It’s by far our favorite restaurant in all of Medellin. The menu is always rotating, creative, and filling. Plus, they have fresh delicious salads. They also have a spice cake for desert frequently. Happy cow says it’s vegetarian, but it’s always vegan. We even had a vegan Bandeja Paisa once. The people here are the friendliest. This place is behind UniCentro. It’s unassuming. Meal of the day is 10.000 cop and it’s open on Sundays. Bonus tip: you can ask for cake to go. Just tell them how many pesos worth you want. 5000 cop gets you a very generous amount.
