Nice restaurant near gate 16 - Edit
I got the hummus pita and house slaw. They were pretty good.

They also had other vegan and vegetarian options such as pad Thai and burger.

Airport brunch - Edit
Was so surprised to find this in an airport. The vegan breakfast plate was something I would expect to find in a vegan only restaurant. On top of this, the staff could not be sweeter. Wish a 5 star was allowed.

Some good vegan options - Edit
Chose to eat here based on prev Happy Cow reviews and was not disappointed. Several vegan options including the ubiquitous hummus and pitta but also some crispy cauliflower with sweet chilli, a nourish bowl, a burger, a curry and a lovely sounding pulled Oumph quesedilla served with sweet potato fries and a coconut yoghurt dip. I chose the cauliflower and the quesedilla and they were both lovely! They also had plant milk for the lattes. Definitely the best choice at EDI.

The best airport meal - Edit
This was one of the best airport meals we have ever had. It was so nice to visit a place that feels like a proper restaurant and to have real vegan food there instead of chips (which we so often do due to lack of other options).
Read moreThe vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu - they are not many, but enough to have a choice (a burger, a curry, a quesadilla and a few sides).
My husband had the quesadilla while I had the cauliflower bites. We also had some sweet potato fries. All of the food was very good and our meals arrived quickly.
The restaurant is large and is easy to find if you just follow the main way after security.

Best vegan breakfast ever - Edit
Seriously, their vegan breakfast option was the best breakfast ever, even including when I was an omnivore. They have this chickpeas in a tomato based sauce which is an excellent compliment to the sausages, lovely grilled mushrooms, great texture and flavor vegan sausages. It’s not just stuff on a plate, the flavors are complimentary, excellent design and execution. Also, has great service. I’ll be having breakfast here every time I fly through Edinburgh in future. I’d give this 5 stars if I could.

Outstanding full vegan breakfast! - Edit
Vegan breakfast consists of scrambled tofu with spinach, 2 vegan sausages, tomato & chickpea stew, roasted mushroom, roasted tomato, avocado, and amazing beetroot hash. Tasty and flavorful. This was one of the best breakfasts of our entire vacation in Edinburgh!
