Fabulous choice

This new venue is absolutely lovely. The staff were very friendly and the food was just amazing. The menu was really appealing and for starters we went for the water melon steak and tofu bang bang salad which was so tasty and felt like a real treat, for mains we went for the roast butternut squash and curry which was so tasty and very filling. We were so full but really wanted to try the roast peaches dessert which simply did not disappoint!!
As a fairly new vegan I was pleasantly surprised by the mixture of suitable dishes which were very tasty and special.

Pros: Excellent food, Nice vibe, Friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Not great!

Had a quick lunch here at the weekend. Love the look of the place. Staff were good.

Started with hummus, olives and 'flatbread' which was just a cold, packet wrap.

Main was from the 'burger' section which consisted of three small, probably frozen, sweet potato fritters ! (Why?) a large lump of tasteless jackfruit which was supposed to be shredded! There was pickled salad too. And instead of a bun, was in a flatbread which again was just a wrap! The chips were the cheap and frozen variety! All very disappointing. I have a booking for dinner which I will still go to and will also try the breakfast menu. I am willing the vegan offering to improve massively as this HB is local and I would love to frequent it!

Pros: Lovely decor, Pleasant staff, Very Local

Cons: Use of cheap ingredients , Use of a wrap instead of a bun, Lack of understanding how to cook of jackfruit
