We both had the vegan lasagna and it was awesome. Made the mistake of going there on a Friday night that also happened to be Valentine's Day, so this very small place was quite busy and crowded. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a very limited menu overall so it has only two vegan options. Worth a visit if you are in St. Croix.

Alfio's is more than a vegan friendly place. Alfio's do cook with fresh ingredients and you can tell on the explosion of flavors on their options. Staff is super friendly, strangers become friends. Good food, good times and amazing cocktails... What else you can ask for?

Absolutely Love Alfio’s!! - Edit
I’m not usually someone who goes out for Italian food, I think because my mom’s side is Italian and it’s what I’ve grown up eating. But I crave this place! I even brought my mom and my aunt when they were on island for a visit, who make their own sauce and also do not usually go out for Italian food, and they absolutely loved it as well!!

The house salad has a simple lemon dressing that is so good, the lasagna is an easy go to, and I will never eat another sad, cheeseless pizza on this island again! Alfio’s is the only pizza I will ever consider from now on! Love that they include labeled vegan options on their menu and the staff is super nice and helpful when ordering. It’s a small place and it’s always packed so call ahead if you can. It’s definitely worth the wait!!
