Alfarroba Cafe

2.30pm was a quiet time so I enjoyed the menu du jour in a relaxing atmosphere ..
tea
beautiful soup of millet and veggies
conversation with macrobiotic influenced owners
tasty main dish
etc.

What a little gem. Cafe has a really good feel, very relaxed and welcoming. Food was delicious, cooked to order, and very attractive.

Magnífico sítio :-) bastante acolhedor com um staff muito simpático. Senti me em casa. A comida é 10 estrelas. A parte da mercearia é ótima com várias opções de compras. Adorei e quero voltar.

I had my first macrobiotic meal yesterday! I didn't know what to expect until the guy explained in detail. It started with beetroot soup, which tasted like the best beetroot soup there was - superb. What followed was a meal with so many different (to me) flavours that I was curious to see what the next one was like! Home-made pickled radish - now there's a taste. Even the green stuff that I thought was decoration was really tasty. I always thought that veggi food was bland......not here! Lovely surroundings. Clean as can be. What a pleasant place to enjoy life for a while.

Fantastic café with the sweetest staff.
The food is made with so much attention to details, it is original and has a fresh taste. Some of the best food I've had for a long time.
High level of service and we got to taste some of the dried Alfarroba plants.
Very reasonably priced for both the delicious food and vegan goods they sell.

This restaurant just recently opened. The owners were friendly and hard working. I would support any new vegan/ vegetarian restaurant. We ordered the tempeh burger and wine. We ate in the patio and enjoyed the meal. The food was good. The cafe was very clean. We will be back again sometime during this vacation.

Brand new vegan / veggie spot in Albufeira. The only one like it on this side of town. The menu has a lot of drink options with the veggie staples I love - tofu sandwiches, soup, etc!
