Pros: Pocas opciones veganas

Cons: Algo caro

Happy Accident

Getting off the bus in the wrong place lead me to this beautiful restaurant! I was recommended the Plato Libanés which is a variety of salads, hummus, falafel rice and stuffed grape leaves, served with wonderful freshly baked pita bread. It could easily be shared between two people, especially if you ordered a beverage and dessert.
It has an elegant atmosphere in a wonderful historic building and the service is very good.

Authentic lebanese food and amazing babaganoush

Hidden gem in the middle of Mexico City's center or Zócalo. This traditional Lebanese restaurant has a meat-heavy menu, but there are also a fair bit of vegan options that are fresh and absolutely delicious.
I will start with the the babaganoush because it is by far the best I have every had. The smoky eggplant flavor and creaminess they achieve is just sublime. I highly recommend pairing it with some of the warm, freshly-baked pita bread. Some of the other great vegan options are the hummus, the tabouleh salad, the rice with lentils, the rice with noodles, and the stuffed grape leaves. I also recommend their fresh cucumber mint water--it's very refreshing.

Pros: Friendly service, Babaganoush
