Completely vegan Vietnamese restaurant. The menu is very good with all the classic flavours plus some innovation. Seemed very popular with locals on the Saturday night I visited it - book ahead.

I visited this place twice with some friends. We tried several appetizers and main courses and everything tasted really good. It is a little expensive but you get something for your money. There's a great choice of different dishes and drinks.

We had the salmon tacos as a starter, they really do a great job with the vegan salmon!

I particularly recommend the tofu starter with puffed green rice.
All in all, really good food of a very high quality!

Das Lokal sieht wunderschön aus und das Personal ist sehr nett . Das Essen sieht extrem ansprechend aus, enttäuscht dann aber leider (vielleicht auch nur in Relation zur Optik) im Geschmack.

Super Valentinstag - Edit
Es gab ein spezielles Menü für den Valentinstag. Das ganze Restaurant war liebevoll mit Ballons und der Tisch mit Rosenblättern dekoriert. Das Menü war komplett neu mit zwei sehr leckeren Cocktails. Die Cocktailkarte ist hochinteressant mit vielen Eigenkreationen. Die Hauptkarte ist vor allem Vietnamesisch plus Sushi. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Really nice food - I had the sweet potato tempura, spicy tofu, and banana fritter. All delicious. Servers were super friendly and attentive. Our bill was €100 for two ( 3 courses and 2 beers each) which was good value for the standard. Decor was cool and the atmosphere was good

The menu is very extensive, I can imagine to come back here countless times. We ordered a vegan sharing platter. The presentation is immaculate and the flavors were pretty good. Recommended for a nice date.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. It was probably one of the best I've ever tried. We had two appetizers: Tofu Flakes (which was not my favorite tbf although the tempura was perfect) and the Tuna Piccolo. In any case, our favorites were definitely the main dishes: the Chicken Mango and the Chasu Mushroom. It is need a bit pricy but totally worth the visit.

Had a peanut curry which was delicious but not spectacular. The other dish was udon stir fry with Duck substitute. Their Duck substitute tastes very much like duck - which would make it perfect for non vegans who are open to trying a “cruelty free” cuisine. However, the dish was drenched in what tasted like liquid smoke-very over powering, taking away from a flavorful experience.

everything so pretty, amazing furniture and food. I had starters, sushi and dessert and it was delicious. I’m not big fan of beetroot, so it was the vegan option for tuna. But it was okay😋 Also for the vegan salmon, i think there are better products out there.

Food and surroundings were just awesome! The interior is very comfortable and creative. For food we had a bunch of different starters (highly recommend the fried Enoki) and then different bowls and the Tofu sweet cherry as mains, which were all very good. Would definitely come back when in Munich again ☺️

Tasty vegan food in a stylish setting - Edit
Akimi is a stylish and refined Asian cuisine restaurant. The setting is very pleasant, and the food of high quality. I tried a sushi starter and their 'duck' curry, all of which were excellent and relatively hearty. I'd definitely go back!

So far, this must have been the most expensive vegan restaurant I've been to. Restaurant and food look incredible, loads of effort is put into decoration with banana leaves, shiso, shredded raddish etc., but tbh, the food was just ok. I found the vegan duck to be a bit bland, and the menu is a bit difficult to interpret, as only key ingredients are listed. This place is good for special occasions, but for me, a visit once a year is totally fine.
